RETURNS & REFUNDS

By placing an order through 5MinSkin  you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable worldwide.

Note: please contact us to provide your  order number  before returning the product. After receiving your email with an exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send return instructions and an easy & quick refund  process. 

What products are eligible for a return? 

Currently, only the 5minskin device ordered directly from 5minskin is eligible for a return. Our Body Care products are final sale and non-refundable.

A. 90 DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee for 5minskin IPL devices. If, within 90 days of your purchase from our official website, you are not satisfied with the product or the results, you may return it for a refund.

To ensure a fair application of the return policy, we recommend users to follow the recommended usage stated in the manual for at least two months or ask our Skin Care Experts via  hello@5minskinipl.com  submitting a return request. After about two months, users should see a noticeable reduction in hair growth. We also recommend extending your personal trial period to the full 90 days, as all individuals are different and it may take a longer period of time to see results from the IPL treatment. If the period of use is less than one month or the recommended usage stated in the manual is not followed, the return policy is considered void.

What is more, please note that IPL may not be effective for every individual depending on their hair color and skin tone. Therefore, we recommend that everyone review the suitability chart on our official website before purchasing. B. RETURN PROCESS

We partner with ReturnGo  https://5minskin.com/a/service to offer a smooth and efficient return process. Start your return online, select the items you wish to return and tell us why. Once authorized, return your order to our warehouse with a hassle free pre-paid shipping label we will provide. When we receive your returned items, Refunds are initiated immediately, but can take a few business days to post to your account (this is all based on how your payment company handles refunds).

  1. Items can be returned or exchanged within 90 days from the delivery date. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
  2. To ensure swift and hassle-free shipping, minimize unforeseen expenses, and responsibly evaluate and recycle returned items, we need to apply a 10% return Restocking fee. This fee covers return shipping and restocking costs.
  3. Customers will receive a prepaid shipping label for a fastest, easy and effective return process.
  4. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange and the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

How to claim your money back:

  • If you are not completely satisfied by the performance of your 5minskin.com product, email a customer care representative at hello@5minskinipl.com or contact the phone - +1 (888)-860-1504 .
  • Once approved, return your order (in its original packaging) with the Prepaid Shipping label that one of our skin care experts support agent will provide
  • Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible requests will be deemed invalid.
  • Once returned, your order purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee will be refunded to you. Refunds will be processed in their original form of payment only. 
  • We offer a 1-year warranty for all products due to defects and will offer a replacement device if past the 90 days time period.

    C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    To return your product, you should contact our mail.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    E. RESTOCKING FEE

    F. REFUNDS

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
